Support Services (a/k/a The Accountability Coach)

RIGHT NOW YOU ARE:  already happy with your fitness programming, and you are looking for a friendly helper to keep you on track, help you set goals and improve your fitness level.  You are comfortable working out on your own, and have access to your own fitness equipment and facilities (such as a traditional gym, home gym, CrossFit, or other exercise studio).

 

I PROVIDE:

  • An initial fitness assessment at your home or gym or mine

  • A complete review of your current daily, weekly and monthly fitness routine and goals

  • Once weekly phone or text check-ins (you decide which you would prefer) to keep you on track

  • Accountability chart to log your progress

Silver Plan

Programming and Support Services (a/k/a The Trainer from Afar)

RIGHT NOW YOU ARE:  looking for someone to develop workout routines for you to follow, and someone to keep you accountable doing those workouts.  You are comfortable working out on your own, and have access to your own fitness equipment and facilities (such as a traditional gym, home gym, CrossFit, or other exercise or cycling studio).

I PROVIDE:

  • An initial, and then monthly one-on-one fitness assessment at your home or gym or mine

  • A personalized fitness routine and schedule for you to follow

  • A complete review of your current daily, weekly and monthly fitness routine

  • Twice times weekly phone or text check-ins (you decide which you would prefer) to keep you on track

  • Accountability chart to log your progress

Gold Plan

Personal Training, Programming and Support Services (a/k/a The Trainer-Up-Close)

RIGHT NOW YOU ARE:  looking for someone to be with you for a weekly workout, to develop workout routines for you to follow, and someone to keep you accountable doing those workouts.  You may or may not have access to additional fitness equipment and/or facilities.

I PROVIDE:

  • An initial, and then monthly one-on-one fitness and goals assessment at your home or gym or mine

  • One hour weekly traditional personal training at your home or  gym

  • A personalized fitness routine and schedule for you to follow

  • A complete review of your current daily, weekly and monthly fitness routine

  • Three times weekly phone or text check-ins (you decide which you would prefer) to keep you on track

  • Accountability chart to log your progress
